MACSBOOST presents the MACSBOOST Intercooler for All years Honda Aquatrax 12X series watercraft.
Warning ** beware of inferior knock off Intercoolers that do not include bracketry or the wastegate tuning kit necessary to get the most of your MACSBOOST module and intercooler combo** The original is still the best and never been surpassed!
Performance gains include much quicker engine acceleration and increased top end power. Boost builds much faster than stock with the free breathing large diameter intake piping and free flowing intercooler. Intake temperatures drop over 100 degrees farenheit vs the puny stock unit for solid performance year round. With our exclusive wastegate tuning kit, the intercooler can easily double the effect of the module for massive performance gains.
The kit includes a highly polished, custom intercooler core, with heavy duty high-flow custom cast end tanks. The intercooler core utilizes an oversized air inlet and includes additional water bypass plugs for simple in-hull winterizing/flushing or adding additional water outlets. The MACSBOOST Intercooler uses a race inspired oversized reinforced silicone intake tube for maximum air flow, extreme durability and ease of installation. The Intercooler is attached to the block using a heavy duty UHMW mounting bracket. All stainless steel T-Bolt Clamps and heavy-duty silicone coupler from the airbox to intercooler are also included. This is an extremely high quality kit ready to bolt on. Kit requires an air filter and breather for installation (not included, sold separately)

Your MACSBOOST module works in conjunction wth the MACSBOOST intercooler to unleash consistent horsepower from your engine, safely. The intercooler/module combination also open the opportunity for even higher boost when running race fuel.
When used with the MACSBOOST(R) module and 98 octane fuel, our Intercooler adds up to 50 horsepower over the stock 165. The warmer the weather, the more improvement to be had versus the undersized stock unit. Lower intake temperatures provide massive horsepower gains with improved reliability! When running 93 octane, you safely get 40+ more hp over stock. This is the kit you have all been waiting for!

(*02-03 F12X craft require moving the ECM, details in the manual, check the forum) 04 and up F and 03 and up R watercraft need no modification.
The Intercooler core is a bar and plate design for maximum thermal transfer and high thermal inertia, custom fabricated in a ISO 9001-2000 factory to our specifications and is fully pressure tested.
The intake tube is hand made of high temperature reinforced silicone to our specifications for maximum flow, ultimate durability and ease of installation. Your engine will breathe easier under all conditions, for improved acceleration and improved all around performance! Dont settle for anything less than 100% silicone!
